These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“User”) and prodavam-nemovitost.cz, s.r.o. (“Developer”), governing your use of the FDP Monitor application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the App.
These Terms govern your use of the FDP Monitor App, including any updates, new versions, and related documentation. The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this agreement.
To use the App, you must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you must have consent from your parent or guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
FDP Monitor is available via auto-renewable subscription: Yearly ($7.99). Subscription includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, the subscription activates automatically. The subscription unlocks full access on all devices signed in under the same Apple ID. Subscription auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. The Developer cannot manage subscriptions made through the App Store.
All rights reserved. This App or any portion thereof may not be reproduced without the express written permission of the author (prodavam-nemovitost.cz, s.r.o.). You agree not to duplicate, copy, reproduce, or re-sell the App or any part of the App.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on a mobile device that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms. All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by or licensed to the Developer.
The Developer, affiliates, employees, or suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of the App, (ii) any third-party conduct or content, (iii) any content obtained from the App, (iv) unauthorized access to your data.
The App and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind. The App serves exclusively as a reference tool for FDP calculations. Always verify calculations against your OM-A. The Developer does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information and is not responsible for any errors or omissions. Use of the App does not replace the commander’s obligation to make decisions in accordance with applicable regulations.
You assume sole responsibility for results obtained from the use of the App and for conclusions drawn from such use. The User is responsible for verifying all values against applicable regulations (EASA ORO.FTL.205) and the operations manual (OM-A). The decision to exercise Commander’s discretion rests solely with the pilot in command.
Using the information contained in this App is at your own risk. The Developer will not be held responsible for any damages caused directly or indirectly by using information from the App. The App does not provide aviation advice and does not replace professional judgment.
The Developer reserves the right to change, update, or withdraw the App at any time without notice. The Developer will not be liable if the App is unavailable at any time or for any period.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Czech courts.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be made available directly within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
