This privacy policy applies to the FDP Monitor application (hereinafter “the App”), developed by prodavam-nemovitost.cz, s.r.o. The privacy of your information is taken very seriously. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
The data controller is prodavam-nemovitost.cz, s.r.o., e-mail: info@prodavam-nemovitost.cz. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, the data controller determines the purposes and manner in which your data is processed.
The App does not collect any personal data. All FDP calculations, settings, and entered values are processed and stored exclusively on your device. No data is transmitted to the developer’s servers.
The App may automatically collect anonymous crash and error data through Apple’s services. This data cannot be linked to your identity and is used solely to improve the App’s stability.
The App does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising networks, or any third-party tracking technologies.
The App does not require access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, or other sensitive device features. The Lock Screen countdown feature requires Live Activities support (iOS 16.1+), which does not transmit any data outside your device.
No data is shared with third parties. The App does not contain advertisements or social media integrations.
Since the App does not collect personal data, there is no data retention to address. Local settings on your device can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the App.

The App does not transfer any data outside the European Economic Area or outside your device.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be made available directly within the App. By continuing to use the App after changes are made, you accept the updated policy.
